On the top control panel, sliding the compass clockwise will increase the grinding time by 1 second for each notch. Conversely, sliding it counterclockwise will decrease the grinding time by 1 second for each notch.

How do I power on the grinder?
To power on the grinder, press and hold the “Button” for 3 seconds.
Why isn’t my grinder starting?
Ensure the grinding chamber is securely tightened. The motor won’t start if the chamber is not properly installed. Also, check if the battery is charged.
How do I adjust the grinding time?
Use the dial to set the grinding time between 1-30 seconds. Rotate clockwise to increase the time and counterclockwise to decrease it.
What should I do if food gets stuck during grinding?
Turn off the grinder, remove the main unit, and clean out the stuck material before restarting.
What should I do if the blades stop spinning?
The grinding material may be jamming the blades. Remove the jammed material and try restarting the grinder.
Why is the red light flashing, and the grinder has stopped?
This indicates the battery is low. Please charge the grinder.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
The grinder comes with a 750mAh battery, which should provide enough power for grinding 1,000 seconds at low speed, but actual battery life may vary depending on speed level, grinding material and usage environment.
Can I disassemble the grinder for repair?
No, do not attempt to disassemble the product yourself. Contact our customer service or your seller.
